Pre-existing Conditions: A vehicle service plan does not cover repairs due to problems that currently exist with your vehicle. The determination of a pre-existing condition is made by the repair facility and/or by the plan administrator. A vehicle service plan should not be obtained for the purpose of paying for an existing vehicle problem.
